Marco Raddatz Head of Engineering | AI Agents & Automation

Hey there 👋,

I'm Marco Raddatz — Head of Engineering with a full-stack background.

My focus areas are AI agent orchestration, product internationalization, and general process automation. Most of my experience there comes from e-commerce, energy monitoring, and (bike) leasing.

I've been building software for over 20 years, and I've been in leadership roles for more than 15. I've run companies, built teams, and shipped dozens of products. Because I've written code myself for years, I know what the agents are actually doing. Teamwork matters to me, and I want tech to help people.

Experience

Long-term, hands-on, pragmatic, international. That's how I prefer to work — and that's what most of my projects looked like. It's important to me to become part of the team, not to coach from the sidelines.

Having founded companies myself multiple times is reflected in my approach: I think in solutions, not problems.
